At Qurat Craft, we strive to provide premium-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Payment Policy

All orders at Qurat Craft are 100% prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.
  • Your refund request is approved after our inspection.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Orders where the customer changes their mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or a defective product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return or refund in accordance with this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.
