1. Handmade Variations Are Not Defects

All items are handmade by me. Slight differences in stitch tension, size, color saturation, and yarn texture
are normal and part of the item’s unique character. Screen colors vary. These are not grounds for returns or
complaints.

2. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse or Wrong Size

Because each piece is made for you (or carefully inventoried), I do not accept returns because you changed
your mind, found a similar item cheaper elsewhere, or did not check measurements. Check my detailed size
guides before ordering.

3. Defects & Damages – 7 Days to Report

If your item arrives with a true defect (hole, broken stitch, missing piece) or is the wrong item entirely,
contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. I will repair, replace, or refund at my discretion.
Shipping errors on my part mean I pay return postage.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages – You Assume Risk After “Delivered”

I ship with tracking. Once the carrier marks your package as “Delivered”, responsibility passes to you. I
cannot refund or replace items stolen from your porch or misdelivered by the postal service. If the tracking
never updates, I will file a claim and refund or replace.

5. Cancellation Windows Are Short

* Ready‑to‑ship items: Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
* Custom orders: Cancel within 12 hours (before I buy yarn). After that, no cancellation or refund.
* Digital patterns: No cancellations – downloads are immediate.

6. Care Instructions – You Must Follow Them

Every item includes care instructions (printed or digital). Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry unless otherwise
stated. I am not responsible for damage caused by machine washing, dryers, bleach, rough wear, or pets.
Proper care extends the life of handmade fiber art.

7. Intellectual Property – My Designs Are Not Yours to Copy

* All patterns, product photos, and finished designs are my intellectual property. You may not:
* Copy or reproduce my designs for resale
* Use my photos for your own commercial purposes
* Claim my work as your own

8. Agreement – By Ordering, You Accept These Terms

Completing your purchase means you have read, understood, and agreed to all 8 points above. No verbal or
written statements outside this document change these terms. I update this policy occasionally; changes
apply to orders placed after the “Last Updated” date.
