Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Incorrect size (subject to stock availability).
  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged or defective items.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return or exchange if your order meets the eligibility requirements outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Qurat Craft will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
