1. Handmade Variations Are Not Defects:

Slight differences in stitch tension, size, color, and texture are normal for handmade items and are not grounds for a refund. Screen colors vary from real life. If you expect machine-perfect uniformity, please do not order.

2. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse:

I do not accept returns or issue refunds because you changed your mind, found a similar item cheaper elsewhere, or decided you no longer want the product after it arrived.

3. No Refunds for Wrong Size: (Check Measurements First)

Every product listing includes flat-lay measurements in inches and centimeters. It is your responsibility to compare these to an item you already own. I cannot guess if a hat or blanket will fit your specific needs.

4. Custom Orders Are Final Sale:

Custom and made-to-order items are non refundable. Once I have purchased your yarn or begun crocheting (usually within 24 hours of your order), no cancellation or refund is possible. The 100% deposit is always non-refundable.

5. True Defects Must Be Reported Within 14 Days:

If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (hole, broken stitch, detached strap, missing
safety eye), email me clear photos within 14 days of delivery. I will repair, replace, or refund at my discretion. Return shipping is my responsibility if the error was mine.

6. Wrong Item or Major Error – Full Refund:

If I send you the wrong item (different color, different product, or significantly different from the listing description), contact me within 7 days. I will refund you in full, including original and return shipping, or send the correct item at no extra cost. We also need a video proof (time of unboxing the package) that you received a wrong item.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once tracking shows “Delivered”, responsibility passes to you. I cannot refund items stolen from your porch or misdelivered by the carrier. If tracking never updates after 14 days, contact me and I will file a claim and either refund or replace.

8. Damage From Improper Care Is Not Refundable:

Every order includes care instructions (hand wash cold, lay flat to dry). I am not responsible for damage caused by machine washing, dryers, bleach, rough wear, pets, or failure to follow the provided care guide. Proper care extends the life of handmade fiber art.

9. How to Request a Refund: (And What Happens Next)

Email [Your Email] with subject line “REFUND REQUEST – [Order Number]”. Include clear photos and video proof (time of unboxing the package) a description of the issue. I will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after I receive the returned item (if applicable). Unauthorized returns sent without my approval will not be refunded.

10. Size Guarantee:

I guarantee the fit of your wearable item. If it does not fit based on the measurements you provide, I will remake it once for free (you pay return\ shipping of the original).Without this add-on, sizing is your responsibility.
